Every screen and every operation requires a signed-in user, and changes are authorised per role, with separate permissions for moving objects and for condition checks. When a session expires the user signs in again and returns to the same page. Only safe file types can be uploaded, deleted users can no longer sign in, deleted records stay in the database and user actions are logged.
