Muselera 2.0 museum management software

Highlights of Muselera 2.0

Muselera 2.0 supports the Spectrum procedures for acquisition, ownership and provenance, condition checking and location and movement control. Condition records lock, and the history of ownership, movements and provenance is kept, so the museum has an audit trail it can rely on.

It also works better on phones and tablets: photos can be taken with the camera, damage can be marked on photos with a finger and objects can be moved by scanning their QR code. Acquisition and provenance screens can be used in simple or full mode, there are museum and library modes, and the interface is available in Turkish, English and Dutch.

Dates follow the selected language, and the chosen language is kept when the page is reloaded.

Forms and Data

The institution’s logo is scaled to fit on PDF forms, and saving an object form keeps the object’s deaccession status.
